I believe that the best way to sober up is seeking help. For my brother who was suffering from alcohol addiction went to New Dawn Recovery and has been completely sober for 4 years. They gave him the knowledge and courage to live a happy life without alcohol. I hope that this post reaches out to someone and they realize that their is help out there no matter what you are addicted to.
